ERAX (ERA X-Change) is our automated remittance (ERA) to payment (EFT) reconciliation offering.  ERAX complements existing clearinghouse, bank, EMR/EHR, lockbox, and document management system technologies.  BDHC will import deposit files from your bank and remittance files (835) from your existing clearinghouse or payers and automatically reconcile the information.

Our paper conversion module, EOBX, simplifies the conversion process. We will coordinate seamlessly with your existing bank lockbox, to capture paper explanation of benefits (EOBs), checks, and correspondence, and create remittance files (ERA/835) for auto-posting. We will also match the file back to the bank deposit (EFT, ACH or check).

We maintain the original images, i.e. paper remittances, patient statements and payments, and correspondence for viewing within the portal.

ALLOCATE is Big Data Healthcare’s enterprise cash management solution which creates transparency into all bank transactions and provides a unified workflow for the organization.

ALLOCATE allows for the automated allocation of credits and debits. Once allocation is complete, the system will create an output file to post automatically into the general ledger (G/L) system.

Building on our core solution, FUSE, FUSE Intelligence (FI) provides robust payment and remittance reporting for any central billing office, cash-posting, or finance team.

FI delivers several additional HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based, payment and remittance dashboards that are fueled by your existing remittance and claim files, payment-posting reports, and bank deposit files. These dynamic and interactive dashboards include: Provider Level Balance (PLB) Adjustment monitoring, Cash Monitoring / Cash Forecasting, Cash-Posting / EMR Reconciliation, Employee Productivity reports, and more.

BDBOX is our bank-neutral lockbox offering service that lets our customers direct their payers and patients to send all information to a specified location. We will then collect, open, sort, and scan all information, and deposit payments directly into your existing bank.

There is no need to change you existing bank. We have several nationwide lockbox processing sites to serve our customers.

PAYX (PAY X-Change), our non-disruptive patient payment offering, works in tandem with your existing patient statement vendor, merchant processor, bank, EMR, EHR, clearinghouse, billing agency, lockbox, and document management system.
