David serves as CEO and Co-Founder of BDHC.  He has over 30 years’ experience covering all aspects of administrative healthcare.  Dave spent significant time in the field as a subject matter expert in revenue cycle, operational workflows, consultative problem solving, sales and operations.  These past six years were specific to healthcare financial services, working directly with banks and financial institutions to understand the bank workflows and provider needs in the marketplace.  Surrounded by an outstanding sales and support team along with operations and other subject matter experts, Big Data Healthcare has positioned itself as a premier leader in healthcare payment and remittance automation solutions.

Dean serves as President and Co-Founder of BDHC.  He has over 20 years’experience in the healthcare payment and remittance processing arena. He is responsible for procuring contractual partnerships with a host of intermediaries that have sizable, existing relationships with providers and payers.  Examples include: Banks, Clearinghouses, Billing Agencies, EMR / EHR Systems , and other aggregators of provider services.

Dean has been an active HIMSS Revenue Cycle Improvement (RCI) Task Force Member (invite only) for the last 5 years.

Mr. Anderson is an accomplished healthcare professional, disciplined and competitive and has to his credit extensive experience in Information Systems, sales and marketing with a solid and proven background in strategic business development, integration and management. Mr. Anderson provides solid leadership in information technology directing business development initiatives, alliances, partnerships, and product direction. Revenue Cycle Management has been a real focus for the past ten years and has worked closely with Banks/Treasury Management Services in rolling out their Healthcare initiatives. Mr. Anderson is experienced with implementation of projects, minimizing project overruns, coordinating and developing project budgets, managing timelines, and providing exceptional customer service to all installed customers sites. Mr. Anderson excels in business relationship management as a result of having served key corporate and “C” level executives for most of his career.

Educated in Arizona and now resides in Dallas, TX.

Dee Harding is the Chief Product Officer within the RCS Division of BDHC.

She has spent more than 15 yearsin the healthcare industry and over the last 10 years she has focused on automation and management of the Revenue Cycle and Hospital operations.  Throughout her tenure in the hospital setting, she was the Assistant Director and Director of the Revenue Cycle and progressed to the role of Assistant Chief Financial Officer.  At Recondo Technology, she had experience on the Product, Sales, and Client Management teams focusing on automation with eligibility, authorization, medical necessity, patient estimation, and claim status.

Additionally, Dee was the Vice President of Client Operations at i8 Health Solutions where she was integral in the development, growth, and implementation of a system for enterprise cash management and automated reconciliation.  She earned her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and currently holds the CRCR certification from HFMA.
